10 years ago…

Smart homes in Thailand were a distant dream. Anyone who wanted a smart home had to import expensive, complicated devices from abroad—no installation support, no after-sales service, and no local expertise.

 

At that time, “Smart Homes” were a luxury, only for the wealthy.

But we asked ourselves: Why does it have to be this way?

Why can’t every home have access to smart living?

 

2018 – Taking a Leap of Faith

 

With a small team of four, we founded INZEUS with 4 million baht.

We had no massive funding, no industry connections, no established brand backing us.

We started by importing Smart Projectors and Smart Home systems, hoping to bring innovation into people’s lives.

 

But reality hit us hard.

💥 Six months in, Smart Home sales = 0.

💥 Customers were interested, but they weren’t buying.

💥 No one truly understood Smart Homes.

💥 Even our own team started doubting the vision…

 

💭 “Boss… do you really think Smart Homes can sell?”

💭 “Who would actually buy this?”

💭 “Should we just give up?”

 

As a leader, I had no answers.

But there was one thing I knew for sure—we didn’t come this far just to quit.

We traveled across the world—America → Europe → Canton Fair → Hong Kong—searching for a solution.

And then, we found Tuya Smart.

 

Tuya wasn’t just another Smart Home brand. It was a platform that allowed us to choose our own hardware while integrating their smart system.
